DNS means Domain name Server or Domain name system.DNS helps to convert the ip address into domain name.Domain name into ip

address. You cannot remember many website ip address at same time.So domain name is used for remembering the website.

For example 74.125.239.17 is one ip address of Google.com.It is very difficult to remember always. So you can use domain name to view the particular website. The primary work of DNS is if you give ip address in browser ,it search for domain name of particular ip address. If you give domain name in the address bar of the browser it convert the domain name to ip address.

If you have any queries regarding DNS visit http://www.whoisxy.com/dns-query.aspx

How DNS server caching works?

If a client send a query requesting for a particular web page to the DNS server and if the DNS server resolves the page from the other DNS servers & it will be store the same page in the DNS cache and it will give the response to the client with the requested page. If again the same web page is requested by any client then DNS server will get the web page from the DNS cache instead of again fetching the same page from the internet. With this there wont be any delay for the client to get the web page. This helps in bandwidth control. This is how the DNS server caching works.

How does IR spectroscopy works?

IR spectroscopy works by using infrared beams to work out the structure of a chemical. The chemical is placed in an inert substance, e.g. Potassium Bromide. The refraction of the beams brings up a characteristic trace of the mystery compound, which can then be used to work out the structure.

How do you use ir led?

IR LED will be having connecting leads same as ordinary LED. When ever we use IR LED, which works like a transmitter we have to connect a photo diode as a receiver (very near to IR LED). So as we know IR LED keeps on emitting IR radiations photo diode will keeps on receiving, it in a reflecting surface. In case if the surface not reflect IR radiation(Black surface obsorbs IR). the input to the photo diode becomes nil, and photo diode wont work and hence the circuit. inform.mayaprasad@gmail.com

A DNS Server can be primary for one zone and secondary for another True or False?

False. The DNS records cannot be added directly to the secondary DNS zone. The secondary DNS zone can receive the updated records only from the primary DNS zone of the DNS server.
