I would say "target a single Politcal party" better then no answer :)

They tend to want a positive change in our countries policy towards their own limited agenda. They could care less about what is good for the country as a whole.

Examples of PAC's include Petrol Oil from Brazil which just received $2 billion last week from Obama to help them drill in deeper water then BP does now, but in Brazil. Maybe good for Brazil, but very bad for all the rest of the world.

We also have seen PAC's limit supersonic flight, millions spent on studying the sex habits of Penguins, global warming farces ans scams, promote funding for bad art, bridges to nowhere, flood funding to cities that had no flood and Viagra for inmates in for sex crimes.

Hardly a stellar record.
