Duck soup is a mixture of food and nutrition supplements for nursing sick ferrets back to health and putting weight on underweight ferrets is frequently necessary. Duck Soup was named after a ferret called "Lucki Duck" and was nursed back to health by it's owner. Ferrets will not recognize it as food, so introduce them to it before they become ill. The secret is not to give up, there may a time when your ferret is either sick or had surgery and Duck Soup is what will keep them going.
