I assume you mean what it is converted to. It can be converted to many different types of energy; that's one of the things that makes electrical energy so useful. (The other useful feature is that it is relatively easy to transport.)
For example, a heating device can convert electrical energy to heat; a speaker converts it to sound; a television set or a computer monitor converts it to light; etc.
Mechanical or Kinetic energy transferred to electrical energy.
With sound
Kinetic energy is transferred to electrical energy.
Kinetic energy is transferred to electrical energy.
Chemical energy is transferred to electrical energy! :) :p

when electrical energy is supplied to the motor of an electric fan, some of the electrical energy is transferred to the fan blade as kinetic energy. The energy is also transformed from electrical to kinetic.

Kinetic energy is transferred to electrical energy.
Energy can be transferred in many different ways; for instance, heat energy can be transferred by conduction, convection and radiation; energy can be transferred by electrical energy, or by sound, light, or by several other waves; a moving object (which has all sorts of types of energy) will change its position; etc.

When electrical energy is used to operate an electric motor or machine that produces mechanical energy. A good example of this is a roller coaster.
its the electrical power.its the rate at which energy is transferred.
