As far as I know. There are two type of emotion.

1. Emotion which disturb physically and mentally of a person is a non intelligent emotion. Such a emotion will be created by himself. unproductive expectations when do not fulfil . Your emotion will be negative and you start to torture yourself due to not achieving the desire. Continuous torturing emotion will effect you and it never be intellegent emotion.

2. Emotion which does not effect your mind and body is always be intelligent emotion. For example. Job ,where you work for the development or prosperity of the company or organisation and you are paid for that. Such a emotion is important and it does not effect your mind and body . Here lot of other people are working together and their is a collective emotion for the success . It is not private or individual emotion , which not effect. After the job you can relax.
