Bad Oxygen sensor, car usually won't start. reset computer by removing positive battery cable for 1 minute, the put back on, should start engine. have O2 sensor replaced, go to autozone or other auto place to have them put on OBD2 scanner, will tell you which sensor is bad. replace yourself or by a shop.

If the word error appears on the cassette deck, the heads could need a good cleaning. Dust which collects can cause an error and reject the tape from playing. Try using a cassette head cleaner to see if this alleviates the problem.
I am having the same problem - I got the 'stuck' tape out with a pair of tweezers, but the grinding and error 'E 13' continues to be displayed. The number of time it flashes it telling the driver a code error number. Generally, if it is turning on and off at random times, it is just a wire out of place, the needs to be fixed.
