The Texas State Board of Public Accounting (TSBPA) designed this four-hour ethics course every two years on the Board's Rules of Professional Conduct. This course explains ethics and offers ethical reasoning for common dilemmas that you might encounter. Core values of the profession are delivered along with the Board's Rules of Professional Conduct in the field. Enforcement procedures of the TSBPA and case studies are also included in this course.
