Answer: there is no way there is a fast way to fish them u just have to fish them where ever u are able to.
Answer: You will fish faster if you have a higher level in fishing. Apart from that, there isn't much you can do. You might try to increase your fishing level quickly, by fishing something else (lower-level fish), but since I suspect that you want the money, I guess this advice is not very useful. In any case, if you do increase your fishing level, consider this as a long-term investment.
