It is like a storage shed the body gets the fat and stores it in its sheds like your belly butt and thighs sometimes the penis then when you exercise the body uses that fat as carbs which boosts your energy and then it is burned out then pooped or urinated out of the body as waste the reason the body has fat is as a life line if you get stranded with no food or become anorexic that is the answer
