Secondary air injection system switching valve stuck open bank 2.

The valve is stuck open due to water intrusion. replace the valve and clear the code and that will solve the problem

temporary solution: remove the valve and then remove the two screws holding the cover and use a hammer to close the valve put it back together

disconnect the hair pumps to prevent the valve from opening and clear the code you will get a CEL but no more VSC and no more limp mode

if you need to move the car while in limp mode connect a code reader and have somebody clear the code while you drive it will restore the power to the car some times you will have to clear the code more than 3 times before it clears for a while
