Superego in good and in bad sence is essencially fear itself.

Good or Pure Superego is fear of someone else to be hurt because of your deeds.

Bad or Dirty Superego is fear of getting hurt yourself by judgement of others after your specific deed.

This is not scientific work. Just something I thought of.
