If however you mean what do people call a container into which they place and keep fish, then in English that would commonly be called a 'Fish Bowl' 'Fish Tank' or 'Aquarium'.

I believe they are a breed called Remora. They attach themselves to the underside of fish such as Sharks. They feed off scraps of food dropped by the host fish. however, their main reason for attachment is tranportation.
