Well saying in any form of media that a product is one thing when in reality at point of purchase it is not the same is fraudulent advertising, that's why on car ads on TV you see the bottom half of the screen is small print flashed so fast you can't read it, well that's the legal disclaimer. It's BS but so long as it is shown (doesn't state how long, or how big, just shown) then the company is clear of any legal claims made about mis representation of the product or service. So it's buyer beware if it sounds too good to be true then it is too good to be true.
