There are lots of furry artists, usually furs themselves, looking to do lineart for just about anyone, just look around FurAffinity, as that is a very popular furry site.

InkBunny ,FurAffinity, and DeviantArt are the most popular ones I know. You can find quite a few good tumblr blogs, but they're mostly all reposts.

Furry what? If your looking for general furry art, you could try fur affinity. Sure some of it is sort of yiffy, but you work your way around it pretty easily. If your looking for a community, Furtopia is a good, clean community. I've yet to find better. If your looking for another fur you could try The Internet Furry Proximity Locater. It worked for me. If your looking for a mate, Pounced! seems to be good, though I've never used it myself being under 18. I your looking for yiff... well, I don't usually recommend yiff to anyone, but... I do know of one site that you could use... Lu.Scio.Us has a good selection of hentai, including yiff. *hangs head in shame* So I hope this helped in any way.
