Depends on engine, transmission, gearing, etc...
The gas mileage of a Chevy Volt is 37 miles per gallon. When the electricity of a hybrid Chevy Volt is used, the gas mileage is an average of 94 miles per gallon.
YES
I have 1999 chevy Silverado z71 wanting to see if a 1994-95 chevy Silverado z71 bed will fit
There are several places to buy a locking gas cap for a 1994 Silverado Z71. Both AutoZone and Advance Auto has locking gas caps.
Chevy did not build Malibu in '94
YES, It will.
in 95 they went to the vortec engine but a 94 (like mine) had 200hp and 300 ft/lbs torque from the factory
Bad gas mileage can sometimes be attributed to a vehicle in need of a tune-up. Have your car serviced and see if that improves the gas mileage.
That year MUST have the 4L60E put back in it because of the computer system that's in the truck.
The engine in the 94 Z71 is more than likely a 5.7 Vortec. These engines are fuel injected, and have a Throttle Body that controls the amount of air intake. There is no Choke, as there were in the older models.
If it is a 1/2 ton you MUST put the 4L60E in it. The 3/4 tons used the 4L80E in them.
I drive a 94 aerostar extended AWD and my gas mileage SUCKS!!! I'm going to say i probably get about 15-17 MPG is all. I'm ALWAYS at the gas station...ALOT more than I want to be!!! Do yourself a favor and buy something that doesn't guzzel gas.
