If you are referring to the game Halo then it is made up. It doesn't actually exist. Something out there might be similar to halo but never will there be anything exactly like it unless a game crazy fan was inspired and built his own which scientifically halo wouldn't be able to exist normally like Earth or any other planet like the game portrays. It is an idea, nothing more.
