There is no special term for this. Divorcee is the appropriate term for any person who is divorced. It is derived from the French terms of divorcée for a divorced woman and divorcé for a divorced man. Modern usage has dropped the accent marks and divorcee, although in past usage typically referred to a woman, is now used appropriately in the U. S. to refer to any divorced person. Of course, a special term is really not needed. One can simply refer to a divorced person as divorced. A gender based term for that status is truly unnecessary.
A divorced woman ("une divorcée / une femme divorcée") is usually called "madame" in French, as are married or widowed women.
