The Harley Davidson Dyna is one of the motorcycle company's newest models. According to Harley Davidson, the specifications for the Dyna show a dry weight (this means it does not contain fluids such as oil and gas) of 639 pounds.
Riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle can be a thrilling and enjoyable experience. Like any motorcycle, it may take some practice to get used to the weight and handling, especially if you're new to riding. But with proper training, practice, and following safety guidelines, you can confidently cruise on a Harley-Davidson and embrace the freedom of the open road.
have a 1976 CC FLH harley davidson need to whats the transmission fluid weight
Depending on the year, and exact model, it can weigh from 480 to 560 lbs dry weight.
Harley Davidson recommends it (Citco I think) but No!!! Just use the correct weight for your motor, time of year and how you ride it!
The Harley Davidson name and emblem on clothing and motorcycles carries a lot of brand weight. The best place to purchase authentic Harley Davidson clothing is at a Harley Davidson dealership or at their online site.
depending on what climate you are in. but i use 50weight lucas motorcycle oil in mine which has performed well in all climates.

I have a 2005 Tacoma 4WD and put my 1986 Harley FXR in the back. No problem with the weight at all. Be very careful how you load the bike. The tailgate is not built to support that kind of weight and will bend in the middle as you load the bike.
The amount will depend on the Model, the oil weight is 20W-50. I recommend Amsoils 20W-50 Synthetic Motorcycle Oil (MCV) that's all I run in the 1990 FXR Hope This Helps.
