Does a fridge use pneumatics or hydralics?

it compresses and expands gas so i would say pneumatics but not in the normal sense

What other things have hydraulics?

Vehicles have hydralics, basically most things that are related to engineering can be used or somehow linked to hydraulics.

What is a catapult launch on a roller coaster?

Before pneumatic & hydralics a diesal engine would pull the catch car with the train achieving about 60 MPH

What are the advantages of pneumatics over the hydralics?

Basically pneumatics deal with lower loadings, hydraulics offer a better power to space ratio, useful in say aircraft design.

Why do your hydralics keep freezing up what a piece of junk?

Your fluid is contaminated with water, a small amount of water in a control valve or piston can cause you problems. Your hydralic flud is not freezing the water in the fluid is.

How can you get 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix GT sunroof to closed Stuck?

Had the same thing happen to me .. you have to remove the motor. take all visors off and get to the motor carefully and unplug , the hydralics in the sunroof will release sunroof and close. This is a dealer part . Replace the same way. Good Luck !

How do you jump with hydralics in need for speed underground 2?

First, the most basic thing you need to do is install hydraulics. Next, once your on the road, stop. For PS2, hold the X button down on your controller. For Xbox, hold the A button down. Move your right thumbstick in any direction and there you go. For some even cooler hydraulics: Put the right thumbstick in any direction(recommended up or down) Then tap X(for PS2) or A(for Xbox) twice. But make sure you do it quickly.

What is the purpose of fly by wire system?

The purpose of a fly-by-wire system is to electronically transmit flight control inputs from the pilot to the aircraft's control surfaces. It replaces direct mechanical linkages with electrical connections, allowing for more precise and flexible control. Fly-by-wire systems can enhance aircraft stability and control, improve fuel efficiency, and reduce overall weight.

What car did Jack Marshack drive in Friday the 13th The Series?

It was a Mercedes Benz 600. Only 2,700 of them were made. The last year of production was 1981. They were used as limos by mainly wealthy industrialists and Dictators - Idi Amin owned one. The entire car was controlled by hydralics (the seat switch alone goes for $11,400). Most of the interior was covered in leather, seats, dash, door panels, etc. The rest was wood including the "a" pillars - the front pillar that supports the windshield and roof. You can get a good view of this in a few of the episodes from the first season of Friday the 13th: the series. An even more expensive version of the car was called the Pullman, named after the railroad cars that the extraordinarily wealthy customized for travel i.e their own personal railroad car that was attached to a train. People who owned such railroad cars include: The Mellons, J.P. Morgan and the Van Der Bilts. Like most Mercedes, the 600 was over-engineered and will likely run forever. Maintenance however is insanely expensive

I own a ford 600 tractor and would like to know the proper fluid and levels to fill the transmission and pto boxes i have a bucket of dga brand universal hydraulic fluid will this work?

The universal Hydraulic fluid is fine for the PTO and hydralics on the 600's.. BUT the 600 series has separate transmission and differential reservoirs they take 80-90 gear lube just make sure it is labeled on the fine print as MT-1 so it won't wreck the brass/bronze bushings in the old tranny ( the OE product was 80 weight mineral oil in winter 90 in summer, but it's rarely available and not nearly as protective as modern 80-90 gear lube.. .. The NAA/Jubilee and all later small Fords 100's and 1000's series have the separate Tranny and Diff partitions.. Not like the older 9N/2N/8N which all used a common sump for tranny/diff/hydraulics.. Those were the ones that took like 5 gallons of the universal and it circulated through all three pieces.. 5 speed and 4 speed trannys on the 600's take different amounts of lube.. 8.5 quarts in the diff on all but.. 5 quarts in the 4 speed tranny.. more in the 5 speed but I forget how much.. About 7 I believe.. I think the hydraulics without a loader are 8 quarts of the universal tractor fluid
