There are a few variations on the classic w/ vanilla vodka, kahlua, Irish cream, and frangelico with milk or cream. You can put ameretto, or coffee liquor as well. I imagine that creme de menthe, banana, cocoa, or even chambord would go nicely as well. Mmmm like a tasty adult milkshake.
