An Ulster fry is basically the same as a Full Irish or Full English breakfast consisting of things like eggs, bacon and sausage. The thing that sets the Ulster fry apart from the English fry the use of potato bread, soda bread and white puddings

An Ulster Fry usually consists of two or three bacon rashers, cooked to personal taste, two sausages (again, to personal liking), one or two bits of tatie bread or one or two bits of soda bread (depends on personal taste), an egg, with a runny yoke, and one half tomato, or if they aren't your thing, replace it with another one of anything else above.

I would reccommend the bacon cooked until almost overcooked and sausages cooked until slightly more than brown, tatie or soda bread cooked until the sides start to go brown, and most importantly, be generous with the oil, as the tatie bread generally goes on the pan last as it cools the quickest, but it also soaks the most oil, so make sure there's plenty left over!

What are people from Ulster called?

There is no special name for them. They would just be called Ulster men or Ulster women. More often they might be associated with which of the 9 Ulster counties they are from.
