Tobacco smoke is a mixture of gases and small particles made up of water, tar and nicotine. The tar is a messy mixture of hundreds of toxic chemicals, many of which are known to cause cancer (for example, nitrosamines, benzpyrene).

Carbon Dioxide. carbon monoxide in cigerets
Cigarettes are contributory factors in some deaths, no one can say exactly by how much. People can smoke all their lives and not become ill.
Cigarettes are mainly made of dried and processed tobacco leaves, a paper casing, and a filter at one end. Additional ingredients can include chemicals for flavor, preservatives, and additives for burning control.
Five are oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapour - collectively known as 'fresh air'! Each is toxic, and potentially lethal, in the appropriate dose. The first rule of toxicology is that it is not the toxin but the dose. One of the claimed 'poisons' in cigarettes is formaldehyde. Many fabric conditioners contain formaldehyde. When you snuggle up in your fresh sheets, not only are you breathing in the 'fresh meadow' fragrance (from chemicals which are poisonous in the appropriate dose) but also traces of formaldehyde. And as the flu season approaches, don't forget your flu vaccination, which may contain formaldehyde, added as a preservative. I nearly forgot to add that formaldehyde is naturally produced in our bodies as a part of our normal, everyday metabolism.
stop smooking (normal cigerets) for 1 weeks after smooking weed, being active; do any sport like swimming ... if u do these stuffs the weed will stay in your blood system in 1 week for sure if in avrage waight but if you have soo much fat then 2 weeks maximumThis person doesnt know what they are talking about. Weed stays in your system for 32 days. You can drink lots of water of course. You would have to drink about 4 gallons in one day though bt of course if you do that then the test will show up as distilled wich is just as bad as showing up dirty. Or my guess would be go to the gym or a sana and sweat it out of your system.
I am a smoker living in Virginia I pay around 3.50 (avg) for name brands (Marlboro's, Camels, etc.). The price may be higher or lower depending on local, city, and/or county taxes as well as the brand. Low end brands sell for as low as 99cents a pack. Super high end brands/imports such as Dunhill sell upwards to 4-5 dollars a pack.
