There is nothing in the closet as far as anyone knows and Lv 999 is not possible. The game cap goes up 10 levels (or so) a year, so will never reach it.
EDIT 1: Hello, I was wondering the same thing, though it may be possible due to the endless level caps rising ,the levels rise in less than a year at usual, but the closet is mostly a joke to the closet in Yulgar's inn, in Battleon.
ummm, well, no one has been able to figure out yet(other than mods who made it) but they did make it pickable, i am about 30 steps through it, its gonna be a while, hopefully someone releases the instructions on how to do it
