Individual vs. the Universe involves a character and his struggle to find a place in the Universe. For example: lets say there is a story about an alien duckling that believes he is an alien swan until he is abandoned and can't find out why, yet he searches to find out how to get back to his family(unexpecting that he may or may not find out which group he belongs to later on in the story) He finds out later in the story that he is an alien duck and not a swan. Realizing that he is meant to be with the group of alien ducks, therefore, finding his place in the universe
An animal (like a horse or dog) or a person (a male or female).
