Integrity will be tightly couple with the nurses code of ethics which are standards of conduct on how a nurse should behave within their field. It is based on moral duty, virtues, attitudes, value systems, which themselves are derived from principles of right and wrong. There are two aspects. First, the ability to distinguish right from wrong. Second, the commitment to do what is right, good, and proper.
