The process is pretty straight forward. With the vehicle battery disconnected remove the wires from the old computer and unbolt from its mount. Instillation is the reverse. Just make sure that the computers are from the same or compatible models or the engine will not control properly.
Need to know what year S10 you have, they mount them in different places.
The climate you live in determines what grade oil to use but in most cases a 5W-30 works fine. Check your drivers manual.

No it will not work. All the wiring connectors and the computer is different in the 95 not just that but the transmission is designed different.
