The person wishing to be reinstated simply approaches the elders at their congregation (or if they have been away a while or have moved they can call the local Kingdom Hall and ask to speak to someone, or can even write to the branch requesting a visit regarding being reinstated.

Most people that have become inactive are usually in touch with other JW's and/or the elders as the elders make regular visits to those that have become both inactive or have been disfellowshipped. So the thought that they are pushed aside and forgotten is totally false.

If you are the one that wants to seek being reinstated I would suggest calling your local Kingdom Hall, or if your still in the same area talk to a JW you know...or go to the Hall.

Just to add, usually it takes 6 months after one is disfellowshipped for the elders to consider reinstating them. So once 6 months have passed, the person is no longer doing whatever they were removed for, and they've been attending meetings and such, they can write a letter to the body of elders and inform them of their desire to be reinstated. The elders will then take a look at the matter and see if the person has truly shown a repentant heart and the like. But the best thing to do is talk to the elders in your local congregation.

How many jehovahs witness in India?

In the 2015 Yearbook, there were 42,566 (peak publishers) in India in 587 congregations. Publishers are Witnesses who are "actively" involved in the preaching work and do not constitute the number of people attending the meetings. These "publishers" volunteered their time and spent over 10 million hours involved in the preaching the good news about God's kingdom in 2015 alone.

Are Jehovahs allowed to find fellowship outside of Kingdom Hall?

Yes, they fellowship outside the Kingdom Hall often in social gatherings. However, they do prefer to associate mainly with other witnesses unless it is a situation where teaching a non-witness is involved. There is no hard rule set on how often, or in what circumstances you can associate with non-witnesses. But it is highly discouraged to have purely social interactions with non-witnesses because of the possible detrimental affects that association with people that do not share their beliefs could have on their morality standards and faith.

When did gerry helliwell become a Jehovahs witness?

She very likely isn't. Accoding to Wikipedia her mother tried to raise as a Jehovah Witness. In 2001 she supported Tony Blair during the UK General Elections. And she has been an UN Ambassador as well. Jehovah Witnesses do not get involved in politics and we remain neutral in worldly affairs as we recognize that mankind's attempt to rule itself has failed miserably. (Jeremiah 10:23) We recognize that God kingdom can only resolve the worlds problems and bring peace. So she is very likely not involved in Jehovah Witnesses.

If you have twenty elderly christians in one room a new persons comes to the centre and is a Jehovahs witness how do we intergrate the new person without offending the other 20 or so people who have b?

I grew up as a Jehovahs witness and I always felt worse when people made a huge deal in making thing separate. All people are different in their beliefs and some are more strict then others, but in general Jehovahs witnesses are kind and will resectfully back away if there is anything that they feel uncomfortable with. Just talk to the person, I am sure they will let you know how they feel, and where they draw the line. For the most part though they will not take part of any holiday events and if they have been practiceing long they will be use to not being involved.
