I would say that the majorityof the sales are from hispanics. JC Penney caters to the hispanics. The hispanics litterally destroy the store making it look like a tornado went through it with their unruly children running around in people's way screaming. It is very unpleasant to shop there and there are a lot of people who now refuse to shop there. JC Penney is going to try a new format for selling their merchandise....they just need to quit catering to the illegals!
