Negative Charge
neutron
It is static electricity or in other words just static, or just a static charge.
They attract.
Charge is induced in the object when another charged object brought near it. this happens due to charge separation in the object thus making it polar.
Over all Charge
It does not acquire any charge, it looses negative charge (the electrons), so becomes net positive.
The object without charge is called Neutral object.
A charge that does not move is called a static charge.

charges that 'appear' on an uncharged object because of a charged object nearby is called induced charge.

magnetic force
The build up of a charge on an object can be referred to as a static build up charge.
An electrical charge can be one of two opposites, which are traditionally called "positive" and "negative". If there is no charge on an object, the object is said to be "neutral".
