how do you start feeling watched-
See a psychologist. Paranoia is a form of mental illness & treatable. On the other hand if you have a valid reason to believe you are being stalked & know who-report it. If you feel watched when out in public-many public places are watching due to security & you have no expectation of privacy outside your home.

∙ 6y agoits fine to feel that once in awhile, but if you feel like someone is following you and someone is call the cops ASAP. The most time you will get stalked in a large city at night. keep keys near you if your in the situation because you wont get arrested for carrying around a weapon, keys are a good way too protect your self. if you feel uncomfortable in your room at night turn on a light close your windows trust me it will make you feel much safer. But if you continue to get this feeling ask your parents,therapist. this might be a cycle because an event, trust issues, relationships ,ect. your mind is making you feel this way. But it might just be superstition :)
