Reading my new issue of north American doctor and nurse monthly i read an article saying that it may be because you have a rare symptom called muscular orgasmic condosis. this means that you can feel sexual "pleasure" in a different place then you are actually "pleasuring" i hope you take this seriously and see a doctor... if this continues.
