In a sense it is. For example, I could say that I am going to kill you and then I could go back to where I live and plan out how I am going to kill you and then come back the next day and kill you. So yes it is considered premeditated.
It has two meanings. One, if someone finds something very funny, hilarious, they'll say "that KILLED me!" As in, they laughed until they died, so to speak. The other meaning is if someone is angry with someone else, they'll say "I could kill him" or something like that, which just means that they are angry with them. If a child gets in trouble, they say "my mom's going to KILL me!" which just means that their parents are going to be angry with them.
depends on what they say if they say that they are going to kill you yes but if they say that they are going to hit you then no so kill yes hit no
Well if the person really hates you and they have a rep. for fighting and they say they are going to you have to watch your back. Go to the principal and say it's anonomous cuz no one likes a snitch but you have to do what you have to do.
No, it is not the same, because if u say i am going with someone it means u r going into town. And going out with someone means u r kissing ,huging and mabe having SEX!
