Hormones, your body is going through stages from a child to adolescence. If you are an adult then you probably feel comfortable around him which causes you to have love like you would for your parents.

With adults, that is exactly what it is. Something with you, about you, etc. that makes another person love you. Whatever it is, it is the reason millions of people fall in love with another person. You cannot always describe WHY you love someone even though you can say what you love about them. It is what it is and when it happens, you really truly love someone, it's not easy to get away from.
