Its not load-shading. Its Load Shedding.. It happens when there's a lack of power, and the industries require more power, the government transfer the elecricity from residential areas for a while to provide for the industries

How is a Load applied to a ac generator?

The load conductor is connected to the load side of the generator breaker. Once the generator is up to speed the load breaker is closed and the voltage is then applied to the load.

No-load and full load transformer?

A: a transformer will follow the rule of input output ratio with no load. As soon as a load is applied there will be changes in the ratio

The current load of a transformer is the current drawn by the?

load

Why secondary terminal voltage decreases with increase in load?

An increase in load (equivalent to a decrease in resistance*) causes an increase in load current. This increases the internal voltage drop within the transformer, and the terminal voltage reduces accordingly.[*An increase in load means more current is being drawn by that load, so an increase in load is equivalent to a decrease in load resistance]

What is the function of an electrical load of a circuit?

its the alternatingg currentAnswerA load is any device, or group of devices, that draws energy from an electrical supply. For examplethe filament of a flashlight is the load supplied by that flashlight's battery.a loudspeaker is the load supplied by an amplifier.your residence represents a load to your electricity supplier's distribution transformer. a whole geographical area represents the load supplied by the electricity grid.In another use of the term, we say that a generator or transformer is 'loaded' when it connected to a load, but is 'off-load' when it is operating but not connected to a load.
