The Pacific Ocean.
There's no country there. That point is at sea, about 160 miles east of the coast of Mozambique.
The body of water located at latitude 0 degrees N and longitude 160 degrees W is the Pacific Ocean.
Unfortunately, that's not a satisfactory approximation. That point is about 160 miles east of St. Petersburg, and about 310 miles north-northwest of the center of Moscow.

The body of water located at 80 degrees north latitude and 160 degrees west longitude is the Arctic Ocean. This region is part of the Arctic Circle and is characterized by cold temperatures and icy conditions.
japan is located 37 degrees North and 140 degrees East
Anywhere around the Earth north of 80 degrees north latitude is a location in the Arctic Ocean, except where Greenland and the islands of northern Canada extend past that latitude.
The imaginary boundary between the Southern and Northern hemispheres is located at 20 degrees west and 160 degrees east of the Meridians. They are two semi-circular lines that are opposite of each other on the globe, which form an imaginary circle around the earth going through the poles.
Desert biomes can be found around the world at various latitudes and longitudes. Some examples include the Sahara Desert in Africa (approximately between 20-30 degrees North latitude and 0-20 degrees East longitude), the Arabian Desert in the Middle East (around 20-30 degrees North latitude and 40-60 degrees East longitude), and the Sonoran Desert in North America (around 30-35 degrees North latitude and 110-115 degrees West longitude).
There would only be 20 degrees left to pass over before reaching the south pole. This is because the south pole is located at 90 degrees south latitude, and you started at the north pole which is at 90 degrees north latitude.
