No. Pawning new or used firearms is perfectly legal in the Nevada town. However, it is against the law to pawn false teeth in Vegas. If the pawnbroker has a Federal Firearms Lisence. Most of them do. But in order to retrieve a firearm from a pawnshop you have to pass the same background check required to buy one.
