Tybalt is angry because he is always looking for a fight, and Montagues crashing the Capulet party seemed like a great excuse to him. Capulet, on the other hand, had nothing personally against this particular Montague and in fact held him in some esteem. Capulet had crashed his share of parties when he was young. He doesn't want his wife's goonish relatives spoiling his party by causing a fight.
