No such thing. ANY firearm, including high powered pellet guns CAN produce a fatal injury.
Low serial numbers can increase a firearm's value if they are very low, but somtimes things change during the production of firearms and higher serial numbers might be worth more. It really depends on the make and model of the firearm.
