This question is a long list. Apart from the obvious like doors windows, skirting boards door frames, etc. Modern houses built of bricks and block, there is normally a false wall, or a wall made of plasterboard, the wall has wood in, then theres all the timber you see in your roofspace. Joist rafters, and the long piece at the apex, The purlin, the felt is nailed on with laths that hold your tiles or slates. In older houses, there probably wont be plasterboard walls, but the ceiling will probably be a lath and plaster ceilings, the floorboards too, these all have wooden joists too ! the list will go on but hope this helps
