Normally this is the drive belt. Inspect the drive belt, and replace if worn. A loose belt may also cause this noise.

the air conditioner on out 1991 dodge caravan quit working. we changed the fan and it worked fine then stopped, the compressor clutch isn't trying to kick in. we need to find where the fuse links are to see if that is the problem
