The maximum distance between fire sprinkler, per NBC, depends on the sprinkler system. The size of the sprinkler and the number of sprinklers need to be considered when installing.

That would depend upon what type of sprinkler it is, how far apart they are, what type of occupancy, what is the purpose of the wall and the material of the wall, among other things. For example, some walls do not need any sprinklers at all.
There is not a maximum distance the restroom is required to be from a work area. You have to be able to go to the restroom in a reasonable time on your break.

Length does not determine whether or not a CDL is required.
The regulations for when a CDL is required has nothing to do with length.
