A comprehensive contract covers all aspects of a particular subject or agreement in detail, leaving no room for ambiguity. There is only one difference between AMC and Comprehensive AMC. Comprehensive AMC is annual maintenance contract with services and AMC is only service with no maintenance included.
The VAT may be charged on the Annual Maintenance Contracts. VAT goes under the Comprehensive section of the contract and will be an agreed upon percentage.

Its a full service maintenance contract for a year which covers all the major and minor breakdown of the fleet but will not cover if accident occured due to reckless driving.
AMC:- it includes only service charges - Spare's cost is extra. CMC:- it includes Service + Spares both cost. Some very high cost items can be excluded in it.
comprehensive service contract includes spare parts,labour,services,transportation of M/Cs,any job work to be done.Cutting in short the responsibility of keeping the M/Cs in good working conditions irrespective of any factor,is borne by you,for which you charge accordingly. However Non Comprehensive service contract includes only services,where you are charging only for the labour which you have employed at their place to maintain the M/Cs .Any other expense occurring during the maintenance process is borne by the company.
The Annual Maintenance Contract is the legal agreement normally conducted between two companies wherein the later agrees to render the maintenance service annually to the former at an exchange of the nominal amount. It ensures that the later promises to provide maintenance services to the former all through out the year on a regular basis.
