Best Answer

Each employee being treated the same as the other, no better no worse, if one person gets a raise then everyone gets a raise

The above answer is incorrect!

Each employee cannot be treated the same as no two persons are the same.

A better employee should get a raise before a mediocre employee.

What is de-facto equality?

De facto means: In fact (in Latin) it describes a practice which has no legal or official status. De facto equality therefore means public equality - equality that is not legal. e.g: Civil Rights act in the 60s meant there was equality for black people. But there was no de facto equality. So white people still (or at first) didn't treat black people as equals.

In the USA is there racial equality?

In my opinion..... equality exists on paper, but not necessarily in society. There is however I think racial equality is a load of nonsence and rather equality should work on the basis of how good someone is irrespective of race colour etc.
