Supercharging is a method of increasing an engines power output, by forcing air into the engine under greater than atmospheric pressures. Supercharging usally refers to belt driven compressor (I.E. roots/screw or centrifugal), some early uses superchargers were driven directly off the crank shaft.
An aftercooler is an intercooler located at the end of the supercharging chain.

If you rebuild the engine first... yes. Otherwise... no.
yes and supercharging can be done also avail. for harleys in kit look up on internet ......

Acoustic supercharging relates to intake reverberations. Rather the amount of times the intake charge bounces back and fourth from the time the valve closes to its re-opening. If all variables with the motor are correctly matched I.E. intake manifold runner length and diameter, reverberation chamber size, intake pipe length, throttle body size, volumetric efficiency of the motor itself bore stroke ect. Ect. The motor will actually experience a small supercharging effect about .3-.5 bar or 1 pound of boost.
Several things - for starters, exhaust, computer chip/program, induction systems, supercharging, turbocharging...
