"Başkentimiz" is a Turkish word and I am not sure whether or not you will be able to sea the special "s" in between "Ba" and "kentimiz". It is an "s" with cedilla (like a little tail) which makes normal "s" sound an "sh" sound". Well, the boring spelling aside, "Baskentimiz" means "our capital" or "our capital city".
