Zero swing excavators are excavators that the rear/counterweight part of the machine do not extend further than the tracks. So the operator doesn't have to worry about allowing a swing radius for the rear.

What happens to acceleration of pendulum at its lowest point of its swing?

The acceleration of a pendulum is zero at the lowest point of its swing.

What is the slowest moving point in a pendulum swing?

There two equally slow points- the upper ends of the swing are zero. The pendulum swings as far up as it will go, and as it reverses to swing down again, the speed is (very briefly) zero.

Can 4 vectors not in a plane give zero resultant?

Yes if you put them "head to tail" and the head of the fourth one points to the tail of the first one the resultant is zero.

A certain pendulum has a potential energy of 20 J when it is at the top of its swing. What is the kinetic energy?

If at the top of the swing the pendulum is STOPPED then it has zero kinetic energy.

Is an O with a slash through it Oh or zero?

It is a zero. The purpose of the slash is meant to differentiate between an O and a zero.

How do you know when all of an objects kinetic energy is transferred into potential energy?

When the pendulum is at the top of its swing, the speed is zero so the KE is also zero.

What is meant by 0 volt?

Cite an example in which your instantanous speed could be ziro while your acceleration is nonziro?

On a child's swing. At each end of the arc of swing there is a moment when your instantaneous speed is zero, while your acceleration is not.
