The IUPAC name for it is aminomethane. However, you're not going to find it lying around in your kitchen ... or for sale ... under that or any other name unless you're a legitimate scientific laboratory, since it's a precursor chemical for methamphetamine and the DEA will take a keen interest if you suddenly try to order some.
