There is no one ingredient responsible for differentiating stem cells. The combination of solutes in the ECM (extra cellular matrix) that the stem cells reside in is responsible for their differentiation. For example, I wanted to see if I could get some stem cells to differentiate so I took my culture of cells and added olive oil to it. Olive oil contains many chemicals naturally however one in particular (DAG) proved to be capable of differentiating my stem cells into macrophages (a WBC defense cell). Long story short, no one really knows exactly what compounds in exactly what amounts are required to differentiate stem cells into what they want....and anyone with this knowledge is hoarding it until they get it published I'm sure. Hope that helps,

How do you specify that the cell address will change if copied to another cell in excel?

No special activity is done to do this. Typing a cell reference in the normal way will result in a cell reference changing if it is copied. It is known as a relative reference. To restrict the change, you can make the cell mixed or absolute. See the related question below. No special activity is done to do this.
