This is not a simple risk assessment to do, there are actually 5 kinds of viral hepatitis (not just 3) and each has different means of transmission, prognosis, and treatment.
Some like A & E spread easily and rapidly, but only D which is much harder to spread has a very high mortality. Except for C & D only simple supportive treatment is required in most cases (and D has no known reliable treatment anyway but can be prevented by vaccinating for B). Liver cancers are a possibility with B & C.
