Darcy accepts Caroline Bingley's idea that a woman should "have a thorough knowledge of music, singing, drawing, dancing, and the modern languages, ... and besides all this, ... possess a certain something in her air and manner of walking, the tone of her voice, her address, and expressions," and says that in addition she must "add something more in the improvement of her mind by extensive reading."

Mr. Darcy's ideal woman in "Pride and Prejudice" is someone who is intelligent, independent, and has a strong sense of integrity. He values a woman who is principled, well-mannered, and who challenges him intellectually. Elizabeth Bennet embodies these qualities and ultimately wins his heart.

Interesting question.

We are led to believe that Bingley's sisters are accomplished. And certainly all ladies are said to be accomplished to some extent, according to Bingley.

The thing that makes this interesting is that Mary Bennet, who is so often regarded as a sort of failure, seems to have been widely regarded as the most accomplished young woman of her neighborhood. She clearly has a better technique for playing piano than Lizzy has.

This answer, of course, is derived from the book itself. The movies seem to make Lizzy more accomplished and Mary less. Possibly this is based on the observation that most people would rather listen to Lizzy than Mary, despite the fact that Mary had better technique.
